Berona Engineers was established in 1997, following its founder's philosophy to always be creative in our design and innovative to allow for the right selection of systems tailored to each project. We are certified as both a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) in the states of Washington and Oregon. Our firm is SCS certified with King County.

Melchor Berona, President

For more than 30 years, Melchor Berona has practiced mechanical engineering and designed a variety of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and refrigeration systems for public and private facilities. His emphasis is on sustainable design, renewable energy, bio energy, energy conservation systems, and hydronic cooling and heating for both renovation and new construction projects. He includes designs with state-of-the-art temperature and environmental controls for fully computerized building automation systems.
